LE 20/35 is a place of life where we share 4 values: Love, Generosity, Justice and Creativity. More than just a number, 20/35 is a connection point. On the horizon, the reflection of the verse Acts 20:35: « Work to help the weak, and remember that there is more happiness in giving than in receiving. « Coffee, Coworking and Concept Store are our business, we love coffee, the synergy of working together and bringing art to the fore in a culture of creativity. This concept connects us with the city, the people of Aix-en-Provence, creating relationships and a community. This business also allows us to finance the implantation of the church, in this same place of life. Our vision is clear: We want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to experience the unconditional love of God.

October 2019 we signed for a local in downtown Aix-en-Provence. As you can see on the pictures below we had a lot of work to do to make this place a living place. We worked hard for more than a year and we have reached the end.

We were about to open the door when the nightmare began: pee and poo were flowing everywhere in our premises. After many months of research, it is a pipe that crosses the floor of our premises, taking the wastewater from three buildings, which represents more than 45 homes. This pipe is broken in several places and inaccessible. Since then, we have been fighting with the insurances, the experts, the owners, but nothing is moving forward, the situation is getting worse for more than 6 months now. We are in legal proceedings and this situation will take years, without any guarantee of result. Today we feel like prisoners of these places and even if the decision is difficult to take, we must now leave and look for another place to do the mission that God has entrusted to us for Aix-en-Provence.

In order to be able to plan again we need financial help. We need to find another location which implies: paying the real estate transaction (deposit and fees), obtaining a cash flow budget in order to pay the first month’s rent, doing the renovation work and buying the necessary equipment to launch the church (sound system, chairs etc…).
